Lauren has been with the Georgia Chamber for over a decade, and in that time, she's worn many hats (quite literally). She started in Events and has added Communications, Event Marketing, and Media Management to her role as Vice President of External Affairs. She is skilled in developing strategic relationships with members across the state and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure on-time project delivery and event excellence that executes beyond expectations. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensures our members remain engaged and up to date with the work being done to support the goals and mission of the Georgia Chamber and the business community. In other words, she knows how to get things done - and she's witty enough to keep everyone around her entertained while doing it!
If Lauren is out of the office, then she is likely practicing becoming a Captain, but more often spotted on the Beltline trying to keep pace with, or seemingly chasing, her golden retriever, Swayze. Lauren is passionate about making time for those around her. She shares support with Atlanta Community Food Bank, Atlanta Mission, Atlanta Humane Society and Atlanta Rescue Café. Her motto remains the same for everything she does, “We all have a lot to do, but even more to give.”
